Guaranteed Income For Tomorrow (GIFT) is Prudential’s deferred income annuity that is an easy, flexible and affordable new way for consumers to self-educate and make the decision to purchase on their own.
Purpose
To establish a foundational comprehension for employers and consumers regarding product design, advantages, pricing, research, and regulatory guidelines.
Problem
Prudential customers lacked a clear grasp of the value offered by GIFT when conducting research on the product.
Discover
During the Discovery phase, our initial step was to chart our target audience. Our goal was to ascertain whether consumers comprehended the significance of guaranteed income and how we could tailor it to provide a personalized experience for consumer solutions.
Design Journey
In the Design Journey, we began by brainstorming ideas on paper and then developed straightforward designs to confirm their validity through user testing before launching the final product. 🚀

User testing taught me the significance of employing precise imagery and language to effectively target a specific audience group.
